Anam Chara - Free Daily Mindfulness Meditation Groups
We invite you to our free virtual community hub, to learn and practice mindfulness meditation together and connect with each other.
During these times of physical isolation and uncertainty, it is now more important than ever to come together, collaborate and deepen our practices that cultivate inner peace, joy and freedom.
So here at Anam Chara, we are offering you an opportunity to participate in our daily group meditation sessions.
Sessions will be 30 minutes in length and will be held on:

The sessions will be led by a variety of teachers, who have all trained with the Mindfulness Training Institute Australia.
The types of practices will vary from session to session, and there may be an opportunity to ask questions and share experiences in each session.
Everyone is welcome to "drop in" to any session, with no ongoing commitment required.
All levels of experience are welcome.
