Tienne Simons

Tienne has worked as a therapist, educator and trainer in the public health system, not for profit organisations and universities for 25 years. She has worked extensively in trauma services, at Relationships Australia, community health settings and universities. Tienne has been engaged in insight meditation and Iyengar yoga for about 30 years -growing up with her practice. She has been teaching Mindfulness courses to students and teachers over the last 5 years and has been teaching MBSR extensively to the broader community over the last couple of years. Tienne particularly loves MBSR because it is so practical & useful, constantly integrating the practice of meditation with the living of daily life.
