Robyn is a Clinical Psychologist working on the Gold Coast. Robyn discovered mindfulness practice over 10 years ago as good self-care for herself. Robyn is also is very interested in mindfulness as a tool to address the high levels of stress, anxiety and depression in her clients. Robyn has worked in community child and adult mental health services and community medical centres for 18 years. She is passionate about bringing mindfulness to others for managing stress and mental health and has an interest in researching the effects of mindfulness-based interventions. Robyn has practiced meditation in various forms and places for over 10 years, maintains a personal mindfulness practice, attends retreats and ongoing training.
