Dr Kim Murray

Kim is an experienced mindfulness teacher and founder of the Melbourne Mindfulness Practice, where he runs community Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses.

Kim has explored meditative and contemplative practices from a young age and began teaching Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) in 2015. He has facilitated MBCT courses for individuals with recurrent depression, stress and chronic health conditions as well as for health professionals.

Outside of his work at the Melbourne Mindfulness Practice, he works part-time for Phoenix Australia - Centre for Posttraumatic Mental Health in a clinical research capacity. He is a registered clinical psychologist and supervisor.
