Cherise began her personal practice of yoga and meditation around 20 years ago, during a time of great personal change and stress on all levels – mental, emotional, physical. The benefits that began to show up quickly convinced her that here is an approach available to anyone who can breath!
For the past 15 years, Cherise has been teaching yoga and meditation classes in the Adelaide and McLaren Vale regions, as well as in corporate settings around Australia.
Cherise is registered as a Senior Level teacher with Yoga Australia, and trained with the Mindfulness Training Institute of Australia as a MBSR teacher. She has also attained a Graduate Diploma of Yoga Therapy, which has enabled her to bring the elements of yoga and mindfulness together to facilitate personal health and wellbeing goals with her individual clients.
Other passions include healthy catering/cooking for yoga and other groups, gardening and walking her very wise dog Clover through the vineyards around her McLaren Vale property, and continually learning about the precious wonder of being in this life.
