Danica’s journey with mindfulness started out from research in the field of exercise and sports studies, which later led to her own meditation practice, and becoming a certified mindfulness teacher with MTIA.
With a great interest and passion in the somatic connection of our mind and body, Danica is currently completing her Masters of Counselling training with Monash University, and yoga therapist training with the International Alliance of Yoga Therapists.
She channels her energy into working with people to help them experience mind-body balance, through teaching mindfulness, yoga therapy and coaching. On a daily basis, Danica facilitates the 8-week MBSR program, Mindful Schools curriculum for youth, athlete performance programmes, and provides yoga therapy for her clients in Singapore.
