Betsy is an Organisational Development consultant and facilitator who specialises in mindfulness training. She believes that personal wellbeing underpins engagement, satisfaction and effectiveness in life and work, and views mindfulness practice as the most powerful approach for cultivating this. Betsy currently facilitates the MBSR programme as well as delivering mindfulness and leadership training courses within organisations.
Originally from a corporate background, Betsy has over 15 years of experience working in a consulting capacity with organisations in a variety of sectors including healthcare, education, not-for-profit, government and private organisations. She has delivered training to leaders and managers in the areas of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, interpersonal dynamics and leading change, as well as facilitated many team building and strategic planning initiatives and provided one-to-one coaching.
Betsy's professional qualifications include an MBA (Dist) from the University of Canterbury, a BA in Psychology from Princeton University and a Certificate in Appreciative Inquiry from the NTL Institute
