Openground Gravel Path With Setting Sun

Jenny Steadman

Certified
Masters of Business Administration, Grad. Cert. in Human Resources, Certified Potential Project
International Corporate Mindfulness Trainer
Mindfulness has been a part of Jenny’s life for over 35 years. She was first introduced to it while
living alone at 15 years old, and she has been practicing ever since. Mindfulness helped her through
several challenging times and has shaped who she is today.

Prior to teaching mindfulness full-time, which Jenny does as a certified MBSR teacher and a
corporate mindfulness facilitator, she started her working career as a classical musician, moving into
corporate people-focused roles, such as coaching, learning & development, strategy, and change
management.

Jenny’s clients have diverse needs and goals, including overcoming anxiety, depression and stress, or
they want to feel happier and more at ease. She has a particular interest in supporting people
recovering from the trauma of sexual violence. Her passion is teaching people to live more
peacefully and mindfully in their daily lives and to meet life’s challenges head-on.

Jenny teaches in the Blue Mountains and surrounding areas and online.

Registered teachers have taught at least three rounds of the program and have completed basic requirements of the Level I and Level II MTI training pathway, but are not yet certified.

Certified teachers are given certification when they have taught many rounds of the course, attended several silent retreats and their teaching has been rigorously assessed using video/audio submissions.
