Jo has been actively pursuing a deeper understanding of her own and others' existence for 30 years through meditation and self-study.
Jo discovered Mindfulness 10 years ago and loves to share her passion for how the transformational power of meditation and mindfulness can reshape our lives.
She is deeply dedicated to holding space for people to rediscover their genius and innate wisdom, and facilitates community MBSR courses with compassion, humour and authenticity. Jo is also very curious about neuroplasticity.Jo has worked previously in graphic design and creative arts, privately offering counselling and Holistic Healing and currently works in community mental health.
Outside of her work, Jo facilitates 2 bi-monthly soup kitchens. Other passions include the natural environment, gardening and nutrition & fitness.
