I am an accredited, practising dietitian, certified mindful eating awareness training (MB-EAT) facilitator, and registered Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher with 18 years of experience supporting women to change unhealthy eating habits and discover a more compassionate, wise relationship with food and themselves.
My approach blends evidence-based nutrition with mindfulness practices and trauma-sensitive, compassion-based mentoring. Holding a PhD in the relationship between temperament and uncontrolled eating behaviour, I bring a nuanced understanding of how stress, temperament, and emotional patterns shape our relationship with food — and how self-compassion, gentle curiosity and awareness can transform it.
As an MBSR teacher, I create a warm, welcoming space where women are invited to pause, breathe, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom. Compassion is at the heart of my practice — creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where women can let go of perfectionism and begin to truly listen to themselves.
My mission is to guide women 40+ to trust themselves more deeply — to know that their inner wisdom is always there, waiting to be heard.
Wisdom. Compassion. A way of eating and living that feels true to you.
