How to get to the venue

Driving: Here is a link to Google Maps Hartzer Park.
Train:  the nearest station is Bowral Station and then it's a short cab ride to Hartzer Park. Here is a link to Sydney Trains.
Car Pooling: Caroline will be helping to organise some car-pooling and will be sending an email out with details for those people looking for a lift. Do be in touch with if you can offer a lift or are looking for a lift.
Airport Arrivals and Departures - MTIA organises a bus to pick up interstate/international people from Sydney airport and return them to Sydney airport on the last day of Residential. Please book flights to be available to catch the bus at 11.45 am for 12 noon departure on Friday 6 December 2024. On Monday 10 December, 2024, the bus will leave Hartzer Park at 12:30 pm and arrive at the airport by 2:00 pm, so please book return flights from 3.30 pm (4.30 pm for international flights). Please check with your airline to make sure you have enough time to board. 
MBI Intensive Travel and accommodation costs
Retreat accommodation and meals are included in the Intensive program fees.  A bus will be organised to transfer students to and from Sydney Airport on the morning of the retreat commencing, and on the afternoon that the retreat finishes. The cost of the bus trip is additional and will be invoiced when we have final numbers. Students are responsible for their own travel to and from Sydney.
