Study Module - Level I

Study Module

The essay for this module needs to be submitted a couple of months before the Intensive program.  This work provides an opportunity for you to integrate your personal experience and understanding of the practices of MBSR/CT with the rationale which informs and supports the delivery of mindfulness programs.  You will be asked to complete 1 essay (2000- 3500 words) and more details will be available on acceptance into the program. Pre-reading for the course is listed here. A range of articles and other resources will be provided on enrolment in the Study Module I.

(Please note that you are required to complete the first essay before attending the Level I Intensive.)

Why is this course called Shake the Dust?

The course is inspired by and named after a poem by the extraordinary poet – Anis Mojgani. You can watch Anis perform Shake the Dust below. Here’s a sample:
